Our standard research pulls content from a select few websites. If you'd rather have a summary, we can use A.I. to gather general results from multiple online sources — a broader overview of your subject in fewer pages.

We mail results within one business day of receiving your request — so make sure the request is accurate. Please allow 14 days for mail to reach you before inquiring; most delays are caused by USPS or your institution.

No research on private citizens, explicit adult topics, combat, illegal drugs, and the like. Information we deem unethical, inflammatory, or illegal will not be provided, and we reserve the right to refuse service.

Results come from publicly available websites that don't charge for access, provided as "Fair Use" for educational purposes only, with URLs and the original author referenced. We never alter a source's content — font, style, or size only, to improve display.

Pictures included with research results adhere to facility publication policies. Photos of models are not available. Research rejected by your institution's publication policy is not refunded — know your institution's rules.

Numerous results pages can be generated, so you can set the maximum number of pages you're willing to pay for. If your account runs out of funds, your project ends where the funds end. The extent of results and return postage can only be determined once research is performed.

Hard-to-find subjects may return fewer pages than you hoped — we can't guarantee a requested amount of results. The base research fee covers the time dedicated to your project, with or without results. We keep no record of past research, so tell us which sources to use or ignore from your earlier projects.
