Critically Important Information
We require the inmate's full name, ID #, and institutional address to ensure we credit the proper account. Use the "Note" option of each service to provide accurate information. If you did not use a note on the transfer, contact us and include any transaction reference provided by the service when you made the payment.
No stamps accepted as payment. Only institutional money orders are accepted as payment from an inmate to fund their account.
All deposits are final. Every payment service has its own rules and fees for sending money back, so we don't offer refunds. The only exception is if a vendor cancels an order. We also don't move money between inmate accounts — each deposit has to come from someone outside, for that inmate's own account. This follows institutional security rules.
