Quick Info is for a single specific piece of information — a recipe, a sport or TV schedule, a fantasy football ranking, or a Top 40 song list. One topic per request.

Business contact information, song lyrics, a movie soundtrack, a scripture, a quote — if it can be found and stated in a page or two, it's a Quick Info request.

Results are limited to 1–2 page sides. That won't provide in-depth knowledge, but we've found it's quite sufficient to relay basic information — and it keeps your cost down.

As the old saying goes, "Time is money." We restrict Quick Info to 10 minutes of online research — enough time to find simple information while keeping labor costs reasonable.

If your topic needs real detail — a medical condition, a business plan, a re-entry resource list — use our Educational Research service instead. It costs more ($6.00 per subject) but has no 10-minute limit.

Shoot us a kite with the exact subject, described as specifically as possible. We mail results within one business day of receiving your request; please allow 14 days for delivery before inquiring.

Quick Info follows our research guidelines: publicly available sources for educational purposes, results compliant with facility publication policies, and no research on private citizens or prohibited topics.
